Services Overview

Titleworks Inc. is a registered real estate settlement agent within the Commonwealth of Virginia. We perform title examinations in order to provide clear marketable title to the property and issue both owner’s title and lender’s title insurance.  This includes, but is not limited to, research as to prior Deeds of Trust/Mortgages, judgments, mechanics liens, financing statements, road maintenance agreements, easements and restrictions.

We perform real estate closings and deliver recording documents, such as Deeds of Sale and Deeds of Trust to the appropriate court house for recordation. If we are the disbursing agent: we overnight payoffs and follow up to ensure that the Deeds of Trust are released from the property. During the settlement process we are also available to answer any questions and help with any concerns that you might have.
